Licence Condition
The licensee must install and commission upgrades to the wharf water management system to reduce the frequency of overflows and improve the reliability of the system, to prevent the pollution of waters. The works must be generally consistent with the report titled "Wharf Water Management System Upgrades - Detailed Design Report" prepared by the licensee, dated 20 December 2017 (EPA reference DOC17/639601) and be capable of handling a rainfall intensity of 95 mm/hour. The licensee must provide written notification advising the completion of the works to the EPA's Director - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or via email to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au. Date for completion: 15 November 2019.
